As an HR Team Leader, you will lead day‑to‑day HR operations while supporting HR planning, people development, and compliance activities. The role focuses on execution excellence, team coordination, and acting as a key HR contact for assigned functions, working closely with HR leadership to support business growth.


HR Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution across HR functions.
  • Guide, coach, and support HR team members to deliver high‑quality HR services.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational structure management, and headcount control.
  • Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes.

Talent Management & People Development

  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and employee training initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management processes, employee grading/classification, and talent pipeline development.
  • Help standardize training materials and HR operating procedures.
  • Support succession planning and internal talent development initiatives.

HR Planning & System Management

  • Support the development and execution of quarterly and annual HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR systems, policies, and operational tools.
  • Track HR action plans, timelines, and deliverables; prepare regular progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting via HR systems (e.g. HRIS / SAP)

HR Service Delivery

  • Deliver HR services for assigned functions, including:
  • Employee lifecycle management (contracts, onboarding, timekeeping, resignations)
  • Promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Employee relations support and issue handling
  • Maintain accurate HR records, headcount tracking, and documentation.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Support payroll processing, bonus payments, and benefit administration.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support PIT calculation, finalization, and reporting.
  • Assist with social insurance registration, compliance, and employee benefit administration.

Labor Law Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, internal policies, and regulations.
  • Support labor relations, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with Trade Union coordination and employee representative activities.
  • Support internal audits and follow‑up actions where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • 7 years of HR experience, with 2–3 years in a Team Leader / Senior HR role.
  • Experience in ride‑hailing, transportation, logistics, or fast‑growing companies is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance, and HR operations.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • High integrity, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast‑changing and scaling environment.
