Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Assist with daily living activities and patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Follow all facility policies, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Active LPN License (State-specific or Compact, if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- COVID-19 vaccination (if required by the facility)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Must meet all facility onboarding requirements, including background check and drug screening
Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
