Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes.
- Assist with daily living activities and patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.
- Must meet all facility onboarding requirements, including background check and drug screening.
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
