Location: Utica, NY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: September 1, 2026
Shift: Evening | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Pay Package
- Weekly Gross Pay: $1,256.25
- Blended Rate: $33.50/hr
- Taxable Pay: $17.00/hr (W-2)
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $615
- Overtime: $41.00/hr (W-2)
Requirements
- Active New York CNA License
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
- Previous travel experience documented on the resume
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR
- Valid Driver's License (address must match candidate demographics)
- Skills Checklist matching the LTC specialty
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission
Unit Details
- 40-bed Long-Term Care Unit
- Patient population includes:
- Dementia & Memory Care
- Orthopedic Patients
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Experience with wound vacs is preferred
- Floating required within the same building
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
- Fingerprinting may be required
