Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily nursing activities, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatments and health management.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Active LPN License.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay: $36.00 - $49.00 per hour
