Fulfillment Manager — Norcross, GA -
Norcross, GA — on-site with some hybrid flexibility after 90 days
Global leader in diagnostics, serving hospitals and physician groups with mission-critical equipment Role: Player/coach leading a team of 6 (Customer service and Distribution Associates) in a climate controlled work environment with highly sensitive lab equipment for healthcare customers (Hospitals etc). You'll be in the work, not just managing it. This is an ops-focused role where quality and on-time delivery matter more than volume throughput.
The Job
- End-to-end fulfillment: order entry, inventory procurement, warehousing, and shipping
- ~80 shipments/day via UPS, FedEx, and Tech-Trans to hospitals and physician groups
- Inventory levels, expiration management, and purchasing schedule aligned to sales forecasts
- Carrier cost negotiations
- Customs and FDA coordination for imported product
- Warehouse layout, security policies, and equipment evaluation
- Customer Service team triage, training, and issue resolution
Requirments
- Proven fulfillment or warehouse operations leadership
- Comfortable being hands-on while managing a small team
- Detail-oriented — this is a quality and accuracy role, not a speed role
- Experience with Customs coordination a plus
- Experience with regulated or medical products a plus
Compensation 💰 95-$115K 10% bonus Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K Match, PTO etc)📍
