Project Executive - Data Center Development
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Executive to lead a transformative, multi-billion dollar data center development. Operating as the Developer and Owner’s Representative, our firm drives mission-critical, ground-up builds that demand total precision and innovative leadership.

What You’ll Do:
Development & Construction Management
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the project from site due diligence and preconstruction through to Level 5 commissioning and closeout.
- Strategic Alignment: Align owner contract requirements with design teams and contractors to ensure the vision is executed without compromise.
- Operational Oversight: Manage schedules, budgets, and complex logistics, overseeing RFIs, submittals, and the building startup process.
Financial & Investment Oversight
- Capital Stewardship: Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasting for a multi-billion dollar project; ensure accurate cost-to-complete updates.
- Change Management: Develop and track Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders (OCOs/SCOs) with meticulous detail.
- Reporting: Maintain real-time transparency in construction management software (Procore/CMiC) for executive stakeholders.
Relationship & Team Leadership
- Stakeholder Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional owners and hyperscale tenants.
- Culture Builder: Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
- Partnership Driven: Build long-term trust with municipalities, utility providers, and specialized mission-critical subcontractors.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 10 years of experience managing $100M large-scale projects, specifically within the Data Center or Mission-Critical sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Technical IQ: Deep understanding of data center-specific elements (MEP systems, UPS, cooling, and Uptime Institute standards).
- Software Fluency: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Mindset: You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, "build-to-suit" environment where time-to-market is a critical metric.
