Project Executive - Data Center Construction
Location: Dallas, TX
Working Structure: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site (Flexible with work life balance)
Compensation: $190k - $225k Project Based Bonuses (Upto 70% of Base comp) Full Package
We are representing a premier, lean development powerhouse ($7B in booked revenue) that is currently at a massive inflection point. Backed by the immense capital stability of a multi-billion dollar parent company, their data center division is projected to quadruple in size over the next 24 months.
We are seeking a Project Executive, a high-level strategic lead, to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a newly awarded 1.2 GW mega-scale project. Roles & Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Direct the entire development process from site mobilization through to the 2028 delivery of a 1.2 GW hyperscale portfolio.
- Team Architecture: Hand-pick, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and Engineers to support the Texas mission-critical pipeline.
- Executive Stewardship: Act as the primary interface for hyperscale clients, ensuring technical requirements and delivery milestones are met with precision.
- Financial & Risk Oversight: Manage mega-scale capital budgets, project fees, and financial reporting, ensuring maximum efficiency across the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Negotiate and oversee critical relationships with MEP contractors, equipment manufacturers, and utility providers for large-scale power requirements.
- Internal Leadership: Contribute to the firm's strategic reorganization as a key voice in the Design & Construction leadership team.
What We Are Looking For
- The Hyperscale Standard: You must have a proven track record of delivering Hyperscale data centers. General commercial experience will not suffice; mission-critical expertise is non-negotiable.
- 10 Years of Experience: Substantial experience in data center construction or development, specifically leading large-scale, high-complexity projects.
- Executive Gravitas: You are as comfortable in a hard hat on-site as you are presenting financial risk assessments to C-suite leadership.
- Entrepreneurial Lead: You thrive in a lean, flat organisation. You don't wait for instructions; you see the objective and build the path to get there.
- Mobility & Commitment: You are ideally based in Dallas (or Atlanta) and are willing to travel significantly to project sites across Texas to ensure boots-on-the-ground excellence.
- High-Performance Mindset: You are motivated by a pay-for-performance culture where your total compensation is directly tied to the successful funding and delivery of your projects.
