Key Responsibilities
- Public Company Capital Management: Directing all financial SEC filings, investor relations strategies, and capital market compliance to ensure optimal market positioning and transparency.
- Transactional Leadership: Acting as the chief financial architect for complex M&A activity, project financing, tax equity structuring, and large-scale capital allocation.
- Executive Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, providing critical guidance on long-range financial planning, fiscal risk, and corporate structure.
- Operational Risk & Controls: Proactively managing the fiscal health of a large-scale portfolio of assets, ensuring robust internal controls (SOX compliance), and maximizing liquidity across evolving market regulations.

Compensation & Visibility
- Location: Based in Austin, TX.
- Package: Base salary of $400,000 – $450,000 plus a highly competitive executive equity, bonus, and compensation package.
