Position Summary
The Vice President, Operations provides executive leadership for the Company's operational strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, this role oversees multiple business units or regions, driving operational excellence, business development, customer success, and organizational performance while ensuring alignment with the Company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy, performance, and profitability across multiple business units or regions.
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term growth.
- Drive business development, client relationships, and market expansion.
- Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational metrics to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Build and develop leadership talent through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
- Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience in electrical or construction operations.
- 7 years in senior leadership with responsibility for multi-unit operations and P&L management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction, project delivery, labor management, contracts, safety, and financial management.
- Proven ability to lead organizational growth, develop leaders, and build strategic client relationships.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
