The VP of Central Operations serves as the architect of Aesthetic Partners' enterprise operating model. This is a centralized, infrastructure-focused role, not a field operations position. The focus is on building the systems, governance structures, and cross-functional processes that enable consistent execution across 35 locations nationally.
Success is measured by the ability to create scalable infrastructure that empowers the field organization to execute effectively, not by direct clinic oversight.

What You'll Own
Enterprise Operating Model
- Design and optimize enterprise-wide operational systems and governance structures
- Build frameworks that create consistency across brands, markets, and regions
- Establish centralized cadences: KPI reviews, business reviews, and leadership reporting
- Develop standard operating procedures and accountability mechanisms
- Translate executive priorities into actionable implementation plans
- Lead enterprise-level operational initiatives and strategic projects
- Partner with department leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution
- Develop implementation roadmaps, communication plans, and operational timelines
- Monitor progress, identify barriers, and drive resolution
- Build communication frameworks that improve clarity and alignment across the organization
- Consolidate field communications into standardized, actionable messaging
- Develop operational dashboards and executive reporting tools
- Facilitate governance meetings and enterprise alignment forums
- Define enterprise KPIs and operational success metrics with executive leadership
- Build reporting structures and dashboards that support decision-making
- Prepare performance insights for leadership and board discussions
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and initiative prioritization
Required
- 7 years in enterprise operations, centralized operations, PMO, or multi-site operational infrastructure
- Experience scaling operational systems in high-growth, PE- or VC-backed organizations
- Demonstrated success designing operating frameworks, governance structures, and cadences
- Strong cross-functional leadership and change management capabilities
- Proven ability to drive execution across organizations without direct operational ownership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills
- Background in medical aesthetics, healthcare services, dental, dermatology, or consumer healthcare
- Experience with M&A integration and operational scaling
- Consulting, enterprise transformation, or operational excellence background
- Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
- MBA or equivalent preferred
