Vice President of Operations (HoldCo)

REQUIRED:
- Executive leadership experience in the mechanical trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas).
- Previous HoldCo (Holding Company) experience is REQUIRED.
Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Gas companies. This executive will partner with General Managers to drive operational excellence, improve profitability, support acquisitions, and scale business performance across multiple operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across multiple companies in a HoldCo environment.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee P&Ls, KPIs, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Standardize processes and implement best practices across all companies.
- Lead the operational integration of acquired businesses.
- Develop and mentor General Managers and leadership teams.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
- Travel regularly to company locations.
Qualifications
- 10 years of senior leadership experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Gas, or other mechanical service businesses.
- Proven success leading multi-site operations.
- Strong financial and P&L management experience.
- Demonstrated M&A integration and business scaling experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
