Summary
Responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining the BOM (bill of materials) and master data of finished products and components, validating manufacturing data, and ensuring accurate integration of SAP information flow with the physical status of the facility.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for the creation, management and maintenance of the BOM (bill of materials) of finished/finished products and components/elaborated and creation and maintenance of the basic master data of finished, prepared, purchased, resale and packaging products/materials, T&C Brazil and International.
• Validate manufacturing master data (routes, cycle times, BOM) and manage knowledge management information.
• Responsible to guarantee the SAP flow match with the physical situation of the facility.
• Guarantee the accuracy of production inventory of the facility, products and raw material.
• Create inventory routines, standards and KPI’s.
• Provide training to the team on the created standards.
• Create and maintain the BOM (bill of materials) in the SAP, always being in singularity with the design and technical production sheets.
• Ensure, together with the Specialist and/or Product Engineer, the quality of the information is placed in the BOM.
• Validate master manufacturing data (routes, cycle times, technical lists, etc.) through consultation with experts to guarantee the quality of information in the system.
• Support industrial engineering, product, packaging and quality engineering and validations in new product designs, technological renewal, capacity increase and cost reduction.
• Prepare reports demonstrating the main KPI’s in the area, based on SAP information, to monitor performance.
Position Specifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Plastic or Industrial (desirable).
- Skills: Advanced Excel, Power point, SAP, Power BI.
