Position Summary:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering a personalized, premium experience to every client. From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond, you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey, aligning their needs with cutting-edge models, technology, and driving dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned.

Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight our brand’s performance, luxury, and innovation.

Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.

Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently.

Stay up to date with corporate product training and certification programs.

Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:

Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined and professional demeanor.

Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
