Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships.
- Achieve and maintain departmental performance standards, including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and vehicles sold.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and product features.
- Review and manage inventory reports daily.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Complete all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle delivery and follow-up.
- Attend weekly department meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
