Flat Press (2nd shift) 3pm-11pm

This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 3 PM-11 PM

PURPOSE

• Operates and monitors Flat Press machine
• Sets up machines and assists others in the set-ups, when necessary.
• Scans Production Orders and completed product paperwork, WIP, etc. into Transformations system.
• Contacts the supervisor when issues occur that may affect quality or productivity.
• Promotes good housekeeping, 5S, environmental, and safety practices in all activities.

• Good knowledge of all safety procedures while operating machinery

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions.

MATH ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Incumbent needs a basic understanding of computers and printers
