Position Title: Manager, Amazon Expansion - (CA)
Position Overview:
In this U.S.- based role, the Amazon Expansion Strategist will play a critical role in driving the catalog growth, compliance workflows, and support product launches within the Canada Marketplace. This role will research new product opportunities, assist growing existing products through advertising and listing optimization, and support Canadian supplement compliance requirements. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in the consumables categories within the Amazon international markets. Experience with the Canada marketplace is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Quickly learn and apply new processes, ensuring initiatives move efficiently through structured workflows. Maintain consistent momentum across multiple projects to support timely progress and effective execution.
- Product Research: Identify high-potential product launches by analyzing competitors, U.S. market trends, existing Growve SKUs, and available Canadian NPN licenses.
- Product Growth & Optimization: Improve performance of existing products through Amazon advertising strategy, keyword research, conversion optimization, and listing enhancements (images, copy, A content, etc.).
- Compliance Support: Learn the basics of Canadian supplement regulations (Health Canada/NPN) to assist in avoiding compliance issues and ensure listings remain active.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand management and market penetration efforts in Canada.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central, within international marketplaces.
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and cross-functional partners.
- International Expansion: Demonstrated success in expanding brands internationally on Amazon is preferred. Experience with Amazon Canada is a plus.
- Advertising: Experience in Amazon Advertising. Marketplace background exposure is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with ClickUp or similar project/workflow management tools.
- Research: Ability to research independently, troubleshoot issues, and drive tasks to completion.
- Self-Stater Mindset: Ability to dive into tasks with minimal direction, taking full ownership of outcome.
