Position Description

We are looking for a talented and ambitious person who has a genuine passion for service to others to join our team as Hotel Manager.

The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, is open to learning and leading by example, and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and ownership.

We are offering Low Cost HOUSING (One-bedroom apartment on the premises).

Your Role:

• You will oversee the Front Office operations to lead the team in helping our guests discover their best experience.
• You will be involved in the financial performance of the hotel with responsibilities to include managing the cash and collection process, spending accounts and reviewing monthly Profit & Loss reports.
• You will monitor room inventory, rate, and plan availability and be responsible for running the hotel maintain an average daily rate to ensure maximum revenue occupancy and room rate pricing.
• You will lead by example to ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally.
• You will provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• You will check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
• You will help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right.
• You will work closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping staff and occasionally jump in as needed to keep all rooms at the highest level of cleanliness.
