About Growvana
We’re a fast-growing tech company making Amazon Vendor Central less of a headache (and more of a power tool). Brands partner with us to simplify the messy, automate the painful, and unlock new growth. We’re expanding quickly and need fresh energy on the team.
About the Role
The Associate Account Manager is an execution-driven, analytically strong operator who supports the day-to-day success of Growvana’s brand partners. This role is designed for a high-potential emerging leader who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment. You will support Account Managers and Senior Customer Success leadership in driving operational excellence, building cross-functional alignment, and ensuring flawless delivery for our partners.
What You’ll Own
- Support the operational management of a portfolio of brand partners across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and multi-channel programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on business performance (pricing waterfalls, POs, inventory, advertising performance, supply-chain metrics, profitability).
- Prepare internal and external documents: weekly scorecards, meeting agendas, leadership updates, partner-facing decks, and action logs.
- Assist in issue resolution (shortages, chargebacks, PAC disputes, PO discrepancies, content issues).
- Coordinate with internal teams — Finance, Supply Chain, Creative, Tech, and Leadership — to drive execution against deadlines.
- Maintain the highest level of meeting preparedness: pre-reads, notes, follow-ups, and structured communication.
- Model disciplined organization: documentation, CRM hygiene, project-tracking, and KPI ownership.
What Success Looks Like
- You operate with speed and precision.
- You anticipate issues before they surface.
- You communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally — always.
- You make your manager’s job easier by owning details end-to-end.
- You elevate the performance of the broader team through discipline and proactive execution.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, account management, operations, merchandising, or consulting (Amazon experience a plus).
- Strong analytical ability; Excel/Sheets fluency required.
- Exceptional written communication and meeting-management discipline.
- A mentality of ownership — no shortcuts, no loose ends, no dropped balls.
- A hunger to learn, grow, and eventually own full brand relationships.
