About the Role
Growvana Account Managers are business owners. You will manage the full P&L, growth strategy, operational performance, and relationship management for some of the most important brands in our ecosystem. This role is for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, brings structured thinking to complex problems, and executes with the rigor of a Fortune-10 operator.
What You’ll Own
- Full responsibility for brand partner relationships: strategy, forecasting, execution, and communication.
- Ownership of the business P&L including retail margin, Net PPM, accruals, freight, damage allowances, and profitability levers.
- Build and present growth strategies including assortment expansion, Born to Run, DF programs, Growth Match, and advertising integrations.
- Lead weekly/monthly business reviews with internal leadership and partner teams.
- Create proactive action plans to address performance issues or unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure flawless operational execution: purchase orders, prep, warehousing, compliance, profitability protection, and policy adherence.
- Collaborate with Creative, Finance, Supply Chain, Tech, Leadership, and China Ops to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Maintain Tier-1 communication: structured emails, agendas, follow-ups, documentation, and on-time deliverables.

What You Bring
- 3–6 years of Amazon/eCommerce experience in account management, vendor management, consulting, or operations.
- Strong financial fluency — can model and defend a P&L with accuracy.

- Executive communication skills — crisp, concise, and confident.
- A deep sense of ownership and accountability.
