Recruitment Consultant – What You Will Do
- Lead searches end-to-end with strategy and ownership
- Build intentional sourcing strategies — not spray-and-pray outreach
- Deliver consultative candidate recommendations
- Manage 6–8 active searches with urgency and precision
- Work toward a 100% fill ratio with full accountability
Recruitment Consultant – You Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong organization, urgency, and reliability — you follow through consistently
- A growth mindset and desire to develop your consulting capabilities
- Hunger, drive, and personal accountability
- Experience in skilled trades, construction, accounting/finance, or professional services is a plus
