As Marketing and Proposal Manager, you pull the many pieces together (the team resumes, the exact requirements from the Statement of Qualifications to the RFP) and turn them into proposals that win work, owning every step of the process from document gathering through proposal prep and PPT, teeing the team up for success. In addition, you are the Company’s culture champion, supporting cohensive brand within the Company and externally, from Company events to swag to employee recognition.

Marketing and Proposal Manager – Your Impact
You will:
- Lead the full proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission and presentation preparation, setting the team up for success to win the bid Prepare Statements of Qualifications, prequalification packages, and PPT presentations in pursuit of securing construction projects for the Company
- Gather from the team to update resumes to include in proposal submittals
- Track proposal schedules, submissions and timelines, keeping detailed and organized tracking of all proposal submissions including in process, submitted and lost, investigating and reporting on reason lost
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, creating and posting content
- Perform website updates to ensure current projects, team information, and messaging
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions, including occasional evening events
- Organize professional photography, new hire headshots, promotional merchandise, and company events including holiday celebrations
- Strengthen referral relationships and support leadership in expanding industry footprint

Construction industry experience is welcomed but not required.
Your ability to lead the proposal process, think strategically, and bring polish and structure to every submission matters most.
Marketing and Proposal Manager – Benefits for You
The anticipated compensation range for this Marketing and Proposal Manager role is $96,000 to $101,000 annually for candidates with construction industry experience, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and profit sharing. Candidates with experience outside of the construction industry are encouraged to apply; compensation may vary based on industry background and overall experience.
You will be provided with comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits with company contribution, paid holidays, paid time off and sick leave, and a 401k plan.
You will work from the office in Woodland, Monday through Friday. Your role includes representing the Company at trade association, customer and association events which means flexibility in your schedule and work hours to include occasional evening or early morning events.
Salary : $96,000 - $101,000
