Commercial Project Manager (Electrical)

Project Manager (Commercial Construction / Electrical)– Your Job Duties:You will oversee about 5 jobs to start with, and anticipate ramping up into more volume as the company grows, communicating and coordinating with general contractors and the field team.Project Management & OperationsPlan and manage construction schedules, project phases, and manpower allocation for multiple commercial electrical jobs concurrentlyLead internal handoff meetings and provide weekly updates to leadershipCoordinate daily with field crews to track progress and resolve jobsite issuesOversee procurement, materials delivery, and monitor labor/material budgetsClient & Contractor RelationsServe as primary contact for clients, GCs, inspectors, and stakeholdersPresent proposals, clarify scope, and manage expectations throughout projectsDocumentation, Safety & CloseoutManage submittals, RFIs, permits, inspections, and change order trackingLead project closeout, including punch list resolution, warranty documentation, and enforce safety standards Conduct job walks and coordinate with vendors/subcontractorsProject Manager (Commercial Construction / Electrical) – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit:You enjoy working with a closely held business that you can grow with Prior experience as a project manager with commercial construction projects (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, subcontractor or general contractor) Experience using BlueBeam software Solid understanding of job sequencing, scheduling, and construction processesValid driver's license and clean driving recordProject Manager (Commercial Construction / Electrical) – You Might Have (Desired, Not Required):Experience with commercial electrical construction in a superintendent or project management role Project Manager (Commercial Construction / Electrical) – For You:Your compensation will be $120,000 - $150,000 annually plus incentive bonuses. You will be provided with a daily vehicle stipend or a company vehicle. You will be provided with medical insurance options including company contribution, dental and vision insurance options, 401k plan, paid time off, paid holidays. Monday – Friday standard office hours. Based in Vacaville California with travel to local job sites.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
