Title Processor
Compensation - $65,000 - $95,000 incentive pay
Location: On Site Only - Timonium, MD

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Title Processor who wants more than just pushing paper. In this role, you’ll own your files, solve real problems, and play a critical role in successful closings.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔹 Own your pipeline – Manage files from order intake through closing prep, keeping everything on track
🔹 Get the details right – Review title work (vesting, legal descriptions, liens, defects) with precision
🔹 Solve the tough stuff – Work directly with attorneys and underwriters to clear complex issues
🔹 Be the communicator – Keep buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents informed and confident throughout
🔹 Use modern tools – Leverage Qualia (or similar) to stay organized and efficient
What You Bring
✔️ 4 years of title processing experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate transactions & title insurance
✔️ Experience with Qualia or similar platforms
✔️ Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️ Clear, professional communication with clients and partners
✔️ A team-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership
