Our client, a property management company, is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Property Manager.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and residents within your assigned portfolio.
• Build strong, professional relationships and deliver responsive, proactive customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day property management activities for a growing portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, vendor services, and property-related issues.
• Conduct property visits and inspections throughout Lexington and surrounding counties.
• Respond to owner and resident inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Coordinate leasing-related activities, move-ins, move-outs, and other property transitions.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication regarding assigned properties.
• Monitor property needs and work proactively to protect owners' investments.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support company growth and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A dependable vehicle and willingness to travel to properties throughout Fayette County and surrounding counties.

Real Estate Licensing Requirement:

Candidates must either:

• Hold an active Kentucky real estate license and be willing to affiliate their license with our client, or
• Be willing and able to obtain their Kentucky real estate license within the first four months of employment.

Previous residential property management or real estate experience is welcome but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

Initial Training Period

• $19 per hour during an anticipated training period of several months. Individuals with previous experience may see a much reduced training period.
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Hands-on training in property management operations, customer service, company systems, and portfolio responsibilities.

Following Training and Portfolio Development

• Transition to a performance-based compensation structure as assigned portfolio responsibilities increase.
• Anticipated annual earnings of $45,000–$65,000 once managing a full portfolio of approximately 225 units.
• Opportunity for additional compensation growth based on portfolio size and property values.
• Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation approximately one week out of every eight weeks.
