Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of residential rental properties, including tenant communication, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. The Property Manager will conduct property inspections, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that properties comply with relevant local regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include handling resident inquiries and concerns, supporting the leasing process, tracking expenses, and preparing regular reports for property owners. The role requires consistent on-site presence to monitor property conditions, support tenants, and collaborate with colleagues and service providers.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or a related field, with skills in lease administration and tenant relations
