Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Baltimore is a prominent membership organization
representing over 600 commercial builders in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. Our mission is to provide valuable services to our members, including craft and management training, safety training, insurance, and networking opportunities.
The Member Engagement Coordinator’s primary objective is to increase member satisfaction through consistent and repeated engagement and support. This impact will be measured by increased member retention, improved participation, and higher attendance at Chapter programs. The MEC will work side-by-side with the Membership Director to recruit new members, retain current members, and ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and heard. This position is multi-faceted, combining relationship-building with heavy administrative work, data entry, and behind-the-scenes coordination to keep member records accurate and engagement activities running smoothly. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable meeting members face-to-face as they are entering, tracking, and repeating follow-ups in a CRM system, with a focus on clear communication, excellent record-keeping, and providing ongoing support to the membership team.

Education and Experience
BA in Business Administration/Management. OR 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience working for a not-for-profit or non-profit association.

- Experience in member engagement, client success, or similar roles
- 3–5 years in a people-facing position
- CRM experience
