Requirements: This role requires travel throughout the Los Angeles area to coordinate with our client company branch locations and their commercial clients:
· 10 years experience in landscape estimating, enhancement design and proposals development
· Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred
· Proven team collaboration and client-facing communication skills

As the Landscape Enhancement Manager, drive revenue and client satisfaction by managing the design, development, and bidding of commercial landscape projects across the company.
· Lead enhancement sales efforts, design and estimating process
· Mentor junior staff and account managers in identification of enhancement opportunities
· Collaborate with branch and account managers to improve proposal turnaround time and success rate
