Role Description
We are looking for dedicated Volleyball Coaches in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Texas. Volleyball Coaches will be responsible for designing and implementing individual and team training sessions, developing game strategies, and assessing player performance. The role also includes mentoring athletes to develop their skills, providing constructive feedback, and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork both on and off the court.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Volleyball, including technical and tactical aspects of the game
- Strong Coaching and Training skills to develop athletes' potential
- Effective Communication skills to interact with players, parents, and staff
- Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor athletes
- Understanding of player development and fostering a positive culture
- Passion for development and sportsmanship
- Past coaching experience and/or certification is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or related field is a plus
Required
- Excitement around implementing a Process over Product Mindset. For example, when a player serves into the net, an ability to help the athlete focus on the process of the serve and not the result.
