Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative to drive pipeline generation through a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by hitting and exceeding measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Execute a balanced strategy of outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound lead follow-up
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings for the sales team
- Identify and target high-value accounts through research and strategic outreach
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas
Meeting & Quota Ownership
- Own a monthly quota for qualified meetings set with target prospects
- Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure meetings meet qualification standards
Events & Conferences
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Engage prospects in person and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct pre-show and post-show follow ups to convert conversations into scheduled meetings
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends
- Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM processes and playbooks
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM role
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Comfortable with both outbound outreach and inbound lead engagement
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.ai)
- Willingness to travel for conferences and events
Success Metrics
- Monthly quota of qualified meetings set
- Conversion rates from inbound and outbound efforts
- Pipeline contribution and event-driven opportunities

What We’re Offering
- $55,000 base with $90,000 OTE
- Unlimited PTO, within reason
