Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs.
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with disabilities, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, or visual impairments.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques tailored for students.
- Provide support in literacy, math, early childhood education, and other core subjects to promote academic success.
