```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for toddler-aged children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs
- Assess children's progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse learners
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Experience in preschool care or preschool settings.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques.
- Understanding of child welfare regulations.
- Strong ability in lesson planning.
- Experience tutoring or working with students.
