Job Overview

Duties

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
- Facilitate activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the needs of children with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting is required.
