BPO Business Development Consultant — Revenue Share Partnership GrowEdgeX Corp. | Plano, TX (U.S.) | Offshore Delivery: Lahore, Pakistan
This is not a salaried position.
We are looking for an experienced BPO professional who can bring outsourcing contracts to GrowEdgeX. In return, you become a revenue share partner — earning a percentage of every contract you bring in, for as long as that contract remains active. No cap. No expiry. The relationship you build today pays you indefinitely.
The Model
You identify and close outsourcing contracts. GrowEdgeX manages all delivery, operations, staffing, and client reporting on the backend. You earn a recurring share of the revenue generated from every engagement you originate. Simple. Transparent. Long-term.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in BPO sales, outsourcing consulting, or business development
- An existing network of business decision-makers actively exploring outsourcing
- Strong understanding of BPO pricing models, SLAs, and service delivery
- Background in customer experience, back-office operations, healthcare, staffing, or shared services
- Self-motivated professionals who operate like business owners, not employees
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
