Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our rooms are up to date on Metrc, keeping our records fresh, and putting together cannabis orders. This includes weighing, tagging, and creating a manifest in Metrc. You must have experience in Metrc for this position. This job is mainly computer work, but when doing inventory and orders you will need to be comfortable with weighing cannabis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate Metrc compliance. This includes inputing Waste Logs, creating a harvest batch, flipping room cycles, tagging plants, and doing a monthly room audit with a scanner.
- Create clones, Mother plants, and be able to Harvest a room in Metrc.
- Create lab samples for testing
- Maintain an accurate "for sale" inventory of all tested product. Once testing comes back, you will update the spreadsheet with results.
- Have knowledge of the website Apex and be able to update it with our results and photos.
- When a sale happens, you are responsible for weighing the product and putting together the order for pickup.
- When a harvest happens, you will weigh the batches, tag the 15 pound batch with a package tag, and update our Metrc inventory.
Qualifications
- Extremely detail oriented
- Metrc Certified
- Post Harvest experience is a plus
This is a contract opportunity, if you are a good fit, there is potential for higher pay and long term employment.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
