Hiring: Sr. Systems Engineer – Medical Device
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55432
Contract: October 19, 2026 – October 15, 2027
Work Model: Hybrid — at least 4 days onsite per week
Experience: 5–10 years
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, verification, and validation of including clinician instruments, patient instruments, and implantable stimulators.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document system-level tests based on product requirements and specifications.
- Execute functional, integration, verification, and validation tests.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and identify issues with the product.
- Perform system integration and verification activities across hardware and software components.
- Translate product requirements into comprehensive system-level test solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface definition, trade studies, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to process and product improvements.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a seasoned systems engineering professional who can work independently, manage complex technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 4 years of relevant systems engineering experience; 5–10 years preferred.
- Strong experience with system integration, system verification, and functional testing.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working across hardware and software systems is highly desirable.
