Role: Sr. Design Quality Engineer | Minneapolis, MN
We are looking for a Sr. Design Quality Engineer to join a leading medical device organization supporting Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health products.
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite/week
Contract: 10months on w2

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Quality Lead for global quality improvement, cost-reduction, and efficiency projects.
Review and approve Design Control, qualification deliverables, protocols, and processes.
Ensure products and quality processes remain regulatory compliant while meeting cost and efficiency goals.
Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
Support quality standards, inspections, testing, statistical analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Manage multiple projects independently and provide guidance to other quality professionals when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
4 years of relevant experience, with 5–7 years preferred depending on education and background.
Strong experience in medical device quality and Design Quality/Design Assurance.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
