Summary
Seeking a Systems Administrator with experience in manufacturing and laboratory systems within a regulated (GxP/FDA) environment. The role focuses on system support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and user access management.
Key Skills
• System Administration & Support: Managing enterprise/manufacturing/lab systems
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Issue resolution, root cause analysis, system performance tracking
• User Access Management: Roles, permissions, onboarding, and compliance
• Data & System Integration: Monitoring data flows and system interfaces
• Regulatory Compliance: GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11 awareness
Core Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing and lab systems
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and data flow
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
• Manage user accounts, access, and configurations
• Support system updates, enhancements, and documentation
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and business teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to LIMS, MES, Empower, OpenLab or similar systems
• Knowledge of CSV validation, audit trails, and ALCOA principles
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device industries
Experience Required
• 3–7 years in system administration or application support.
