Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist with 7–10 years of experience to support product development projects in the medical device industry. The role involves managing cross-functional project schedules, risk management activities, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project execution.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong experience with project scheduling using MS Project or similar tools
• Project risk management and issue escalation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
• Technical Project Management experience in R&D environments
• Knowledge of medical device design control
• Experience collaborating with clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage cross-functional project schedules
• Lead risk management and project planning activities
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
