Hiring: Principal Business Process Project Management Specialist – Medical Device
Location: Fridley, MN (4 days onsite mandatory)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal PMO / Project Management Specialist to lead manufacturing technology programs focused on automation, machine vision, and computer vision platforms within a medical device environment. This role will drive cross-functional execution, project governance, risk management, and operational PMO activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple cross-functional manufacturing technology programs
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and execution
• Build and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and portfolio visibility
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and clinical teams in a matrixed environment
• Support PMO process improvements and best practices
