Job Title: Engineering Program Manager – Medical Device (Locals Needed)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at the Danvers manufacturing site. This role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership, including planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of MES implementations aligned with business and operational goals.
The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration to deploy and sustain the global MES platform (Critical Manufacturing), while ensuring site-specific requirements, compliance standards, and operational readiness are met with minimal disruption to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall program leadership, governance, and strategic direction for MES initiatives
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and external vendors
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely decision-making
- Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts (SOW), and resource allocation
- Drive risk, issue, and change management processes to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure site readiness, including training, change management, go-live planning, and hypercare support
- Enable transition from paper-based processes to electronic Device History Records (eDHR)
- Oversee integration of MES with enterprise systems such as BPCS ERP, CSOD (Cornerstone), and equipment interfaces
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and financials
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementation
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technical programs
- Proven ability to manage project lifecycle, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BPCS ERP systems
- Experience with SAP systems
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with eDHR and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives
