Miami, FL Full Time
POSTED ON 10/26/2026

The position combines client and banker support with analytical troubleshooting, implementation coordination, system testing, process documentation, data validation, and sales enablement. The Analyst looks beyond the immediate request to identify root causes, control concerns, and opportunities for improvement, then works with internal teams and approved service providers to resolve or escalate the matter. This position requires sound judgment and operates within established Bank policies, approval authorities, information-security requirements, and regulatory standards. Performs other related duties as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Digital and Treasury Client Support

Provide first-line support for business digital-banking clients and advanced support for retail digital-banking matters within established service and escalation protocols.

Gather and verify relevant facts, reproduce or isolate issues when appropriate, document troubleshooting performed, determine business and client impact, and resolve or escalate matters based on complexity, risk, urgency, and authority.

Process authorized service requests, maintain accurate records, reconcile applicable reports, and support client setups in accordance with identification, security, documentation, dual-control, and approval requirements.

Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding requirements, status, dependencies, expected next steps, and confirmed resolution.

Treasury Onboarding and Implementation

Coordinate approved onboarding and implementation activities for treasury and business digital-banking services, including workflow requirements, documentation, user entitlements, transaction limits, approval structures, service configuration, testing, training, and handoff to ongoing support.

Validate that implementation instructions are complete, consistent with approved documentation and pricing, and within established authority before configuration or release.

Maintain implementation plans, status records, open-item logs, and supporting documentation; identify dependencies and escalate delays, conflicts, incomplete approvals, or control concerns.

Confirm implementation completion against defined requirements and service-level expectations and document outstanding exceptions or follow-up items.

Serves as operational backup to the Digital and Treasury Officer for client-service continuity, implementation status, product information, and issue escalation.

Systems Monitoring, Testing, and Problem Analysis

Monitor assigned digital and treasury platforms, service notifications, operational reports, and identified performance indicators; investigate deficiencies or interruptions and communicate verified impact and status.

Coordinate issue resolutions and escalations with Information Technology, Information Security, Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and approved vendors, as appropriate.

Risk, Controls, and Compliance Support

Apply established controls and procedures, including user access, entitlements, transaction limits, approvals, authentication, documentation, and segregation of duties.

Promptly escalate suspected fraud indicators, unauthorized activity, control gaps or deviations from approved procedures.

Maintain complete, accurate, organized, and retrievable records and authorized information requests.

Process Improvement and Documentation

Provide recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, client experience, and risk management.

Maintain current, audience-appropriate procedures, checklists, job aids, client instructions, training materials, and reusable reference resources

Track approved improvements and evaluate whether the implemented change resolved the identified issue or produced the intended operational result.

Sales and Pricing Enablement

Assist the Treasury Management Officer with fact-gathering for client needs assessments, service comparisons, solution recommendations, pricing preparation, proformas, cost estimates, and implementation planning.

Confirm that proposed solutions can be operationally supported and identify implementation, documentation, control, technology, or timing considerations before commitments are made to the client.

Validate that approved pricing and service selections are accurately reflected in implementation records and system setup; escalate discrepancies before client delivery or billing when possible.

Does not independently approve pricing, waive fees, execute agreements, make credit decisions, or commit the Bank to products, timelines, or terms outside delegated authority.

Training and Stakeholder Communication

Deliver clear training to clients, bankers, and employees on approved platform features, workflows, controls, security practices, and support channels.

Adapt communications for technical and nontechnical audiences while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate escalation of unresolved matters.

Provide concise status reporting on implementations, incidents, testing, process improvements, risks, dependencies, and open items to the responsible stakeholder or manager.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum three years of experience in treasury management, including exposure to business online banking, ACH origination, wire services, remote deposit capture, client entitlements, or related payment controls. Experience with digital banking, banking operations, systems implementation, technical client support, or business analysis is also beneficial.
