This role ensures all learning activities run smoothly in line with our people agenda.   Main accountabilities:   Training Logistics: Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials and participant communications.   Record-keeping & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date training records and attendance databases. Track and report participation, completion and feedback.   Vendor & Budget Management: Liaise with external vendors and providers. Track training expenses according to budgets. Process invoices and reimbursements.   Learning Platforms Administration: Oversee digital learning systems (LMS), including user access, registration and content updates.   Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze participant feedback. Recommend improvements to processes and programs.   Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field. 0 - 2 years’ experience in an HR or L&D role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Solid communication and client service skills. Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, digital learning tools and HR systems.
