We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing live commerce business.
Our team specializes in selling products through TikTok, creating a high-energy “treasure hunt” shopping experience.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn e-commerce, online selling, and digital marketing hands-on. You will work closely with the manager to coordinate daily business needs, support operations, and help grow our online presence.
No advanced experience required — we value execution, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales Coordination
- Assist in planning and preparing TikTok marketing.
- Coordinate products, inventory, and flow during each event.
- Support the host during sessions (comments, pacing, logistics)
Operations Support
- Track performance metrics (views, conversions, engagement)
- Assist with inventory organization and fulfillment coordination
General Assistant Tasks
- Work directly with the manager on daily business needs
- Help improve workflows and efficiency
- Take ownership of small projects and execute quickly
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in e-commerce, TikTok, or digital marketing
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be located near Kansas City (in-person role)
