- Remodeling

- Blueprint reading

Our ideal candidate:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Valid Driver’s license and personal auto insurance
- Your own tools and vehicle
- Your own smart phone and Internet access
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and install building materials for during the construction, remodeling, or repair in a residential and light commercial setting
- Regularly work with fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects
- Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues, and present a description of a work order to a customer
- Layout for stairs and common rafters
- Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills, and perform layout
- Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
- Placement of concrete, slab on grade and elevated decks
- Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
