Schedule: Monday - Friday
Estimated Shift: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Acquisition, organization, and distribution of Association documents
- Analyze and extract critical information from the Association documents received
- Secretary of State updates for new and departing Associations.
- Data Entry task ( Prepare Homeowner Lists for software import)
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Additional duties as assigned
- 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
