What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Paralegal position at GROUP II?
Our client is a national, civil litigation firm with a rare opportunity for someone that would like to use their established skills to help train and mentor other Paralegals. This position offers the opportunity to support a wide variety of practice areas to someone who is extremely motivated and passionate about what they do.
Duties include:
Prepare summary of deposition transcripts
Draft subpoenas, notices of deposition and pattern discovery
Review and analyze and organize document productions
Research cases and court databases
Prepare records, review and prepare exhibits
Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents
Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus, must have minimum of 3 years' experience working on complex litigation cases and some experience training others is a plus, attention to detail is critical and strong computer skills is mandatory.
Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits, profit sharing, generous bonuses as well as room for growth.
