Growing Property Management company is seeking a professional full-time Leasing Consultant for busy apartment community. In addition to Leasing, the position will be focused on the entire term of residency, from initial contact and move-in, through residency, until final move-out. Duties will include presenting apartment homes to prospective tenants in a positive manner, providing accurate information on the different features of the apartment community and the surrounding community at large, and negotiating leasing terms and completing leasing agreements and all related documentation. The position also requires a dedication to resident comfort and satisfaction, to promote resident retention and community reputation.
Previous Leasing or Sales experience is preferred. Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, property management software programs is required. A professional and customer-service driven attitude and demeanor are essential.
