The Maintenance Supervisor is preferred, but not required to have at least 3 years of experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Apartment make-readies
- Day to day operations
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Appliance repair
- Electrical
