Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denton, TX, for a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a hands on HRBP role for someone who can support leaders, improve processes, and help the HR function scale in a fast paced, growing organization. You will work across employee relations, performance management, hiring support, systems, reporting, and manager coaching. This is not a purely strategic role. It requires someone who can step in, solve problems, and make sure the work gets done.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience in a true business partner or generalist role
- Strong track record handling complex employee relations and performance issues with sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability to simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies (not just maintain them)
- Proven experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth or changing environments
- Confident coaching leaders and willing to push back when needed
- Able to own work end-to-end and drive outcomes without waiting for direction
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working across multiple business units or entities preferred
- Systems-minded (ADP, ATS, or similar) with a focus on automation and scalability
- Strong business acumen – understands how HR decisions impact operations and results
