Job Summary
A growing, well-established Banking services organization (800 employees) is seeking a polished and consultative HR Business Partner to support key business units and partner directly with senior leadership. This is not a transactional HR role. We are looking for a strategic partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and confidently navigate complex compensation and performance conversations.
HR Business Partner
Location Fort Worth, Texas - 76109 | Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs; Remote Mon & Fri)
Compensation & Schedule
- $90,000–$110,000 base salary 7% annual bonus ESOP participation
- Full-time, standard business hours
- Direct hire (W2)
- Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and department managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Provide consultative guidance on compensation planning, performance management, and organizational design
- Coach leaders through progressive performance management and complex employee relations situations
- Support talent planning, succession strategy, and leadership development initiatives
- Partner collaboratively within HR to promote transparency, accountability, and operational alignment
- Present workforce insights, recommendations, and action plans confidently in leadership forums
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including true HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and performance management frameworks
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, coach, and navigate complex leadership conversations
- Proven ability to coach leaders through difficult conversations and problem-solving scenarios
- High business acumen and a consultative mindset Experience in financial services or other regulated, conservative environments preferred
